~Outstanding Subcontractor of the Year - Kristen Shellenbarger of Midwest Cabinet & Countertop in Detroit

~Mark Renn of H.J. Oldenkamp in Warren for service to the remodeling industry

~Remodeler of the Year - William Borchert of Borchert Construction in Washington Township
